At Big Deal Appliances, we stand behind the appliances we sell.
Because we specialize in scratch & dent, open-box, overstock, and customer-return appliances, most products no longer include a manufacturer's warranty. Instead, we provide warranty protection through CPS (Consumer Priority Service), one of the nation's leading appliance warranty providers.
What's Included?
FREE 1-Year Warranty
Most appliances include a FREE 1-Year CPS Appliance Shield Home Warranty.
Days 1–30: Warranty service is provided directly by Big Deal Appliances.
After Day 30: Warranty service is provided by CPS.
Coverage includes parts and labor for covered mechanical and electrical failures.

Extended Protection
Want additional peace of mind?
Extended CPS protection plans are available for up to 4 years of total coverage. These plans provide affordable protection for unexpected mechanical and electrical failures after your store warranty expires.
How Warranty Claims Work
Warranty claims follow a simple process:
Repair – The appliance will be repaired whenever possible.
Replacement – If it cannot be repaired, a comparable replacement may be provided.
Reimbursement – If a suitable replacement is unavailable, reimbursement will be handled according to your CPS warranty agreement.
Important Information
Your CPS warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
Appliances with removed or altered serial numbers are not eligible for CPS coverage.
Warranty coverage applies to functional failures only and does not cover cosmetic damage, misuse, improper installation, accidents, abuse, or damage caused during transportation.
